Description:

Electrostatic rain deflector the wet flashover characteristics of the taller station post stacks are improved by placing metal rain deflectors between each of the sections. the deflectors use the electrostatic field surrounding the insulator to disperse falling rain water and prevent flooding of the lower sections.
